David has a truly unique background that blends very significant experience in the areas of  credit as well as business development.  As a senior underwriter David successfully analyzed, and underwrote a broad spectrum of commercial transactions including multi-pupose, hospitality, restaurant, start-up, construction, business acquisition, and equipment financing.  David also worked closely with a start-up bank’s credit department to establish objective criteria for the SBA and USDA lending programs. In his role as an underwriter  David established and nurtured relationships within the secondary market lending community which are invaluable to our client’s success.  While possessing the mind-set and skills of a senior underwriter, David has also developed the skills, and had tremendous success, in the area of business development.  This combination allows David to understand the needs of our banking clients, guiding our business development efforts with a keen eye towards the quality of credits generated. David also has experience in an asset based lending environment, which adds to his scope of lending knowledge.  David has a degree in Economics and Management Science from the University of California, San Diego.
